Job Description: As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of Southern Baked Pie, greeting customers with a smile and helping them select from our variety of freshly baked pies. You will ensure that our customers have an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through the door to the moment they leave.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide detailed information on our pies, including ingredients and flavors
• Maintain a clean and organized sales area, including the display of pies
• Restock pies and other merchandise as needed
• Assist with packaging and serving pies to customers
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
• NO BAKING SKILLS REQUIRED
