Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing games in the Club - bowling, billiards, shuffleboard - providing assistance and information to guests, basic maintenance on bowling lanes, managing payment for games, and assisting with events.

Because we are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, most positions require flexibility in scheduling and may require team members to be available for evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events. A typical work week and normal work schedule may vary based on business needs and may include scheduled shifts.

• Operates the cash register, accepts payment for games sales, in the form of cash, credit, and comps, making correct change as required, and balancing cash register, at closing or end of shift.
• Oils bowling lanes and assists in minor repairs and preventative maintenance on the machines.
• Assists in set up and take down of events.
• Maintains a neat, clean and completely stocked work area.
• Sanitizes and cleans inventory checked in.
• Ensures proper inventory control by maintaining accurate records of merchandise on hand or checked out.
• Maintains a working knowledge of facilities and special and upcoming events on property, in order to advise customers of same, whenever possible.
• Communicates important, relevant information to appropriate team members.
• Works to achieve and maintain a maximum level of customer service and satisfaction.
• Inspects games to ensure they are clean and in good repair.
• Performs additional duties and responsibilities as necessary or assigned.

*No experience necessary but basic maintenance skills are a plus!

Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Wyandotte Nation Gaming License.

Schedule: Friday and Saturday afternoons/evenings

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
