Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. As a Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of various facilities. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Operate cleaning equipment such as buffers, scrubbers, and carpet cleaners
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs or repairing minor damages
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Skills:
- Experience in facilities maintenance, commercial cleaning, or industrial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills
