Overview:

613 Originals, a leading heat transfer manufacturing company, is seeking a detail-oriented Production Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of production, including prepress, spot color printing, quality control, and more. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-volume print shop, where efficiency and quality output are essential. Duties:

- Assemble layouts for production efficiently utilizing internal guidelines.
- Write up and output production work orders using internal templates.
- Proof production files and address any concerns with Pre-production artists.
- Create efficient layouts in a timely manner
- Correctly input and document data in our Managed Information System.
- Support problem resolution and decision-making processes.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) for professional printing tasks.
- Experience with prepress operations and RIP software
- Familiarity with screen printing and spot color printing processes.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-turn print shop.
- General knowledge and understanding of textile screen printing is a huge plus.
- General knowledge of spot and 4 color process printing is required.

- Capacity to learn and apply knowledge of our printing process for accurate, timely delivery to customers.

- Capacity to process multiple data points to make quick, informed decisions that will maximize production efficiency.
- Results-oriented and customer-focused with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, thorough, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Prior art pre-production experience preferred, but not required.

Compensation:

- Pay is commensurate with skills and experience.
