Sidney Regional Medical Center is Hiring a Guest Services Representative Near Sidney, NE
Sidney Regional Medical Center is searching for a Guest Services Representative to join our team. This is a part-time position from 7:00am until 3:00pm on Thursday and Fridays.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greets all patients and visitors upon arrival. Provides superior customer service.
- Monitors all activities at the front entrance.
- Assists with patients entering and exiting vehicles.
- Ascertains patients and visitors needs and directs them accordingly. Escorts patients as needed.
- Assists patients and visitors by obtaining wheelchairs or other services as needed.
- Treats waiting patients, visitors, and family as guests.
- Keep the reception area and waiting areas neat and clean.
- Observes safety and security procedures, reports potentially unsafe conditions.
- Monitors the overall appearance of the hospital entrance.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Customer service experience preferred.
