POSITION SUMMARY

Provide exceptional guest service to internal and external customers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Essential Functions Statement(s)

  • Responsible for responding to guest inquiries and complaints and advising management on resolution.
  • Works in conjunction with PBX Corporate to ensure all resort reports are balanced during each shift and reflects the occupancy for that day
  • Directs Runners and Housepeople on calls and work orders
  • Works with Rooms Controller to ensure OOS rooms are expedited and put back into inventory according to the service schedule
  • Works with Executive Housekeeping on scheduling of projects and assignments ( floors, carpets, services and PM)
  • Has been crossed trained to provide assistance with PBX Corporate( Schedule coverage, sick calls, and vacation)
  • Complete reports (Am/PM) in order to be able to assign units to be cleaned on daily basis.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed (Master Reports) using daily reporting process.
  • Demonstrates and promotes a strong commitment to provide the best possible experience for our guests and team members.
  • Prepare tasks assignments for Unit Cleaners, Inspectors and Outside Contractors accordingly to RCC reports.
  • Ensure all check/outs, early check/outs, full services and VIP units are assigned.
  • Make sure all GOP’s are assigned first and become a top priority for check-in
  • Check deliveries received for housekeeping, obtain bill of landing, and turn into management.
  • Ensure paper work for linen service matches - weights in/out should match along with dates for pick up and delivery
  • Ensure timely completion of helpdesk tickets
  • Answer high volume of inbound calls in a professional and timely manner.
  • Create helpdesk tickets for housekeeping, maintenance, and security departments, followed by a call to the guest to confirm that the ticket was resolved.
  • Complete transactions in RCC as necessary.
  • Respond to emergency situations according to procedures in all properties.
  • Utilize each resort’s PBX Directories and be able to provide guests calling in from all resorts for location information on resort, amenities, activities, local area attractions, events and directions, etc.
  • Attend and adhere to all trainings, policies and procedures.
  • Complete various additional tasks and assignments as needed.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED).

Experience: 3 to 4 years customer service experience in hospitality environment required.

Computer Skills: Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office.
