SummaryInspects finished materials and packs materials for shipment to customer.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONIBILITIES Include The FollowingVisually inspects finished product for conformity to production schedule and accepted quality standards.
Packages materials according to production schedule.
Samples and tests finished product for conformity to ISO Standards.
Labels finished product.
Ensures all activities conform to the requirements of ISO 9002 and 14001
Assists extruder operator in such activities as tolling changes and/or transitions.
Maintains work area in neat and orderly condition according to 5S guidelines.
Works overtime as required.
Participates with others in team improvement projects and activities.
Performs Other Duties As May Be Required.QUALIFICATIONS to perform this job successfully and individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and /or ability required.
EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCENo educational requirements.

Mathematical SkillsAbility to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
