We are looking for someone who is eager to learn the position of Automotive Deal Clerk!
Can you type proficiently and fill out physical and online forms with alacrity, while maintaining organization? We would like to interview you for the position!
Job Duties entail:
We are looking for someone who is eager to learn the position of Automotive Deal Clerk!
Can you type proficiently and fill out physical and online forms with alacrity, while maintaining organization? We would like to interview you for the position!
Job Duties entail:
- Preparing and sending out contract packets to banks.
- Preparing DMV documents for CT and out of state processing
- Processing payoffs for trade ins. Completing trade titles.
- Stocking of cars- new and used.
- Accounting entries as needed.
- Mail correspondence to customers as necessary to update accounts.
- Assist with related special projects, as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.
- DealerTrack knowledge preferred but will train the right candidate.
- Should be proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel but will train as needed.
- Prefer 1-year experience in automotive accounting field.
- Team oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of work quality in a fast-paced environment.
- Bi-lingual is a plus.
