Scott Clayton - State Farm Agent is searching for a competitive Sales Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Identify opportunity to up-sale product line to existing clients.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
- Sales experience preferred
- Active Property & Casualty license required for Missouri
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer.
- Confident speaking with customers via phone and email.
