Our Slumberland location in Thief River Falls, MN is currently hiring for a Store Manager! We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to create a positive customer experience and be a stimulating influence on the sales team to drive sales growth. The essential role of this position is leading and training of the staff, inventory control, community relations and customer service.

What We Offer:
We offer a competitive wage which includes a base salary, potential bonuses based on store performance, and commission on personal sales! Estimated pay range between $60,000 - $70,000 annually depending on store performance. We also offer a full benefits package, which includes:
Qualifications for a Successful Store Manager:
A Bachelor's Degree preferred and 2-4 years management experience is required. Previous Retail Management experience is preferred. Must be available to work evenings and weekends. This position includes driving so a valid and insurable driver's license is required. Please see attached job description.
