Sake Japanese Steak House is Hiring a Bartender Near Owings Mills, MD

```Duties```
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Clean and sanitize bar area, including counters, utensils, and equipment
- Maintain inventory of bar supplies and restock as needed
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations

```Experience```
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality industry preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and payment handling
- Understanding of the food industry and different types of beverages
- Ability to operate a cash register accurately
- Strong sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously
- Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change

Your friendly demeanor, knowledge of beverages, and exceptional customer service skills will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.
