Job Duties:

* Hire, train, and schedule staff

* Weekly scheduling and inventory orders

* Weekly meetings with store owners

* Achieve sales, costs, and cleanliness targets

* Make products according to guidelines (smoothies, juices, and healthy bowls)

* Be able to quickly and efficiently perform multiple duties at a time.

* Become knowledgeable of Roxberry products and nutritional value to better understand customers' needs.

* Deliver a perfect product and a complete order every time.

* Operate cash register and handle all transactions according to Roxberry Cash Handling Policies.

* Keep the store clean, organized, and looking great at all times.

* Adhere to all Roxberry food safety and security guidelines while maintaining company equipment.

* Be friendly and get to know your guests.

* Make a great first impression : smile and greet each guest.

* Show a sense of urgency and put the customers' needs first.

* Variety of other day-to-day assigned responsibilities
