JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Ensure the company operates in compliance with regulatory, customers and company procedures and instructions.
• Engage proactively with operations to promote and develop good quality practices and disciplines.
• Measure and monitor the company’s quality performance.
• Facilitate and support external audits of the company by regulatory authorities and customers.
• Undertake internal audits and investigations and deliver training on quality issues.
• Amend company quality and procedure manuals to comply with regulatory authority approvals
• Ensures proper implementation, maintenance, and ongoing effectiveness of AEI’s ISO Certified Quality Management System (QMS) under the AS9100 Standard
• Conducts Internal Audits to ensure compliance to Quality Management System requirements
• Responsible for raw material sampling verifications, calibration records, and supplier audits
• Implement methods to inspect, test, and evaluate products and production equipment

• Should be experienced with bore gauges, calipers and micrometers
• Must be able to read schematics and blueprints
• Must be able to read and comprehend instructions in English

EDUCATION :

• Background in Engineering helpful
• Two (2) year leadership experience.
• Two (2) years of related work experience within the manufacturing industry required.
• Aerospace Industry experience

Salary : $75,000 - $85,000 annually
