JOB DESCRIPTION

Rent Right Management is excited to be seeking an Inspection Agent who works well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. This critical role is the eyes of our company; a successful candidate must be a detailed hard working multi-tasker and always remember that Rent Right is a service organization and remain pleasant, prompt and helpful at all times.

Our ideal Inspection Agent will have an in depth knowledge base of homes and their operating systems; schedule and complete interior inspections, pre move in inspections and move out inspections on all managed units; email and other assigned tasks; check for potential lease and HOA violations; identify needed maintenance concerns; send maintenance items to vendors; follow up with ongoing work orders assigned to them; ensure property notes are up to date; run weekly reports for delinquent work orders and follow up with Vendors as needed; remain current on Arizona property management laws; foster and maintain a positive relationship with vendors, Owners and Residents alike.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Currently possess or be willing to obtain an Arizona Real Estate Sales License

· High knowledge base/Understanding of our services

· High level of people skills and communication skills

· High energy, good judgment and decision making skills

· Applicants must have and maintain an excellent driving record with no major infractions of unsafe conduct

· Pass a background check which shows a clean and clear record

· Clear communication skills, both written and verbal

· Must be self-motivated

· Self-starter who takes initiative

· Great organizational skills and ability to stay on task

· Must be a team player and willing to assist co-workers

· Must have the ability to multi-task efficiently and handle many demands at one time

· Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos

· Ability to use computer and typical office software to prepare documents, spreadsheets and correspondence.

· Ability to type information with accuracy and speed, customer service skills, and knowledge of office policies and procedures.

· Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.

· Ability to learn assigned clerical tasks readily and adhere to prescribed routines.

· Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees and the public.
