Description: We are a growing, fast-paced physician-led office that is a leader in our field of treating kidney disease looking for a full-time Advanced Practice Provider to join our team. The right candidate will thrive in a multi-tasking environment serving our patients and serve as a partner with our team of 29 excellent physicians and 10 Advanced Practice Providers. As an Advanced Practice Provider within RenalCare Associates, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care to a subset of dialysis patients.
APPs in this position round on the same patients each month and enjoy building a rapport and relationship with those patients while educating, empowering, and improving patient outcomes in the ESRD population. You will enjoy flexibility in your schedule as an APP who rounds in the dialysis units. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of patients and contribute to the success of our nephrology practice.
