JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Rocky Mountain Vibes are part of the Pioneer League - MLB Partner League. The

season runs from late May through early September with a 48-home game season. This

position will allow for insight into promotion operations of a Minor League Baseball

organization in a fast paced and exciting environment.

This position will focus on the management of promotions, reporting to the Director of

Marketing & Merchandise. Game day responsibilities for promotions team will include

helping the promo team, being involved in all in-game promotions whether on the field in

the stands, or pregame/post-game events, and having all as happens giveaways ready.

In-Season Duties (May – September)

 Collaborate with other Promo Team members on giveaways, first pitches,

anthem groups, and any other special events

 Help decorate photo booth area

 Set up tables for sponsors

 Turn on fire pits

 All giveaways ready at fan center before gates open

 Hand out pre-game or post-game giveaways

 Assist in other game day operations

REQUIREMENTS:

Applicants must be able to work all Rocky Mountain Vibes’ home games (48).

Applicants should also be detail oriented, organized, maintain strong customer service

skills, and exhibit a good work ethic and eagerness to learn.
