We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment and ensuring exceptional customer service. ```Responsibilities```
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff during assigned shifts
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and standards
- Monitor and maintain quality control of food and beverage service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Assist in the preparation of work schedules and manage labor costs
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving overall performance

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in hotel or food service management is preferred
- Knowledge of banquet and catering operations is a plus
- Strong interviewing and hiring skills to build an effective team
- Excellent knowledge of food service standards and practices
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is an asset
- Ability to lead by example and motivate a team
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
