**Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Program Manager to oversee and coordinate various programs within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and possess the necessary skills to manage and support program initiatives effectively.

**Duties:**

- Develop, implement, and evaluate program activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals

- Provide leadership and guidance to program staff to facilitate the delivery of high-quality services

- Monitor program outcomes and make recommendations for improvements

- Collaborate with managem to address program needs and enhance participant experiences

- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards governing program operations

- Manage program budgets and resources efficiently

**Skills:**

- Experience in caregiving and supporting individuals with diverse needs

- Ability to lift and assist residents as needed

- Knowledge of Resident rights and advocacy principles

- Proficiency in meal preparation and dietary requirements

- Valid driver's license for transportation purposes

- Familiarity with working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities

- Background in childcare or related fields

- Understanding of ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) and direct support techniques

- Competency in monitoring vital signs and health indicators
