Overview:
As a Real Estate Agent with RE/MAX Unlimited, you will play a key role in assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
- Conduct property showings and open houses
- Provide expert guidance and advice on market conditions, prices, and mortgages
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements
- Stay informed about real estate market trends and regulatory changes
- Advertise and promote properties through various marketing channels
- Coordinate property inspections and appraisals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property listings
