We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admissions Coordinator to join our team. As an Admissions Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and coordinating the admissions process for our 2 Skilled Nursing Facilities in El Campo and Needville, TX. This is a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our patients.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

-Marketing in local areas at senior centers, hospice companies, local businesses, etc.

-Local travel required

- Collect and verify patient information, including medical history and insurance details

- Schedule appointments and coordinate with healthcare providers

- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner

- Coordinate referrals from hospitals or other healthcare facilities as needed

Experience:

- Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing facility in Marketing or Admissions

- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures

- Familiarity with office equipment and phone systems

- Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems such as PointClickCare or MatrixCare

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Experience in Long-Term care marketing or Business Office may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
