Take care of various duties in the Chicago office, including but not limited to customer care and sales assistance / administrative duties.
Take care of various duties in the Chicago office, including but not limited to:
- Take care of incoming phone calls and e-mail correspondences with customers regards to rental properties, service apartment etc.
- Follow up customers about move-out and renewal, etc.
- Customer information data entry
- Invoicing
- Office equipment management
- Upon the customer's request, sort the property information and provide the data
- Accompany the Relocation Consultant for viewing
- move-in walk through
- General e-mail correspondences
- Greet and take care of the visitors
