Reliant Pest Management is a company in the Austin area. We are excited to grow our office staff and are now looking for a Customer Service Representative who enjoys communicating with customers, resolving concerns, and helping others in a team environment.

No Experience is needed, PAID Training is Provided!

Schedule:

• Full-Time (40 hours a week)
• Tuesday - Saturday 8-5pm

Responsibilities:

• Providing customer service through answering phones, responding to emails, reviewing reviews, and more.
• Scheduling appointments and assisting field employees with information.
• Fielding incoming sales calls, following up with all potential sales when needed
• Other clerical duties as assigned within an office setting.

The ideal candidate:

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, sales, or other related fields is helpful but not required; training provided
• Prior pest control knowledge is not required but could help; training provided
• Excited, happy, positive demeanor with a customer-first attitude
• Provides excellent customer service in an attentive and professional manner
• Dependable and punctual
• Works with integrity and self-discipline
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• Computer and internet-savvy
• Excitement to work in a close-knit office environment
