Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate Hospice Nurse to join our dedicated team. The Hospice Nurse will provide specialized care and support to patients with terminal illnesses, focusing on enhancing their quality of life during their final stages.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient vital signs and symptoms
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulations

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Nurse, preferably in hospice or palliative care settings
- Proficiency in medical records management and medical documentation
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality practices
- Excellent communication skills for effective patient care

Pay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour
