The position is Full-Time: 7 am - 3:30 pm Monday - Friday, most Saturday's 7:00am - 11:00am

COMPENSATION

• $15.00 to start
• Paid weekly (Friday)
• No Paychecks held
• $3.00 additional dollars per number of hours worked over 44 (Example: 44 hrs. = an extra $132)

As a Pallet Repairer you will be required to:

- Repetitively stack and lift pallets most commonly less than 50 lbs. (rarely more).

- Keep your work area neat and clear of debris

- Assist other departments where needed

Specific qualifications for the role include:

• Work safely
• Attention to detail
• Ability to follow directions
• Standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling 50 to 70 lbs (usually less that 50)
• Work full time
• Make necessary repairs or adjustments to assure quality repaired pallets
• Meet company quality standards
• Good hand-eye coordination
• Ability to use hand tools such as a nail gun and hammer
