Reports to : Collision Center Manager

Job Summary
Blueprinters complete an evaluation of vehicle damage and develop a detailed repair plan to eliminate inefficiencies and create continuous workflow throughout the repair process.
Core Responsibilities
- Conduct visual inspection of vehicle; document damage
- Tear down and measure the vehicle to reveal hidden and frame damage
- List all parts, materials and processes required to repair the vehicle
- Develop repair blueprint; map step by step structural repair process
- Oversee repair process
- Maintain clean and organized work environment; ensure equipment, tools and supplies are properly stored
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required (technical degree preferred)
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Attention to detail
- Valid state driver’s license & ability to be insured through RMC liability insurance required
Physical Demands
- Operate hand tools and buffer
- Position self to perform vehicle maintenance
