Roadrunner Hospice is looking for an RN or LPN visit nurse to assist with our patient home visits. The Nurse would support our RN team with visits as needed, due to RN vacations, call-off or staffing coverage. This would be a weekday schedule from 8 am - 5 pm. The coverage area for this is ABQ and Surrounding areas. On days that you would not be in the field you would assist the Clinical Directors. This position will require excellent communication skills both written and verbal. You would be required to follow up with the patients case manager at end of day for hand-off. Salary would be discussed at interview.
