We're looking for a hospitality, marketing and scheduling coordinator for our hygiene department and dental office.

Responsibilities Include :

• Keeping the hygiene schedule full and establishing a personal relationship with all patients.
• As the new patient coordinator you oversee the new patient experience, meet and greet new patients and make them feel welcomed and relaxed in the practice.
• Marketing is a vital aspect of your role (about 25%) so a passion for creating content and overseeing the office social media presence is a must.
• You will share front desk responsibilities with two other admins to answer the telephone, schedule appointments, and communicate with patients regarding financial and scheduling options, maintain patient records and coordinate patient flow.
• You will manage and control the daily, weekly, and monthly hygiene schedule in order to meet the practice production and collection goals.

Hours:

Monday and Tuesday : 7:30-5:30pm
Wednesday and Thursday : 11:30-7:30pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
