Prudential Dental Associates is Hiring a Dental Assistant Near Boston, MA

We are looking for a talented dental assistant to work full OR part time in a growing dental practice in the heart of Back Bay, Boston, MA. We are a highly modern office, with advanced dental technology. In addition to restorative dentistry, we offer Invisalign, implants, digital dentistry, perio surgery, and comprehensive cosmetic treatments.

The ideal candidate for this position has an excellent attitude, is flexible and connects well with patients and teammates.

A Massachusetts dental assistant license is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate if you feel you have great energy and this would be a good fit for you.

Job Duties include (but are not limited to):
- Set up and breakdown of operatories and instruments for a variety of dental procedure (general dentistry, periodontics, prosthodontics, implant and oral surgery)
- Chairside, hands on assisting.
- Taking dental radiographs, intraoral scans, dental photography, Invisalign, chairside whitening.
- Maintaining infection control protocols that go above and beyond OSHA standards.
- Instrument sterilization and storage.
