Professional Gynecological Services, PC is Hiring a Laboratory Technician Near Brooklyn, NY
Professional Gynecological Services, PC has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a part-time Lab Technician. Under the guidance of the Laboratory Directory this position requires the following:
· Perform quality control laboratory testing of diagnostic immunoassay products including: reagents, calibrators, controls, standards and master curve materials
· Experience in handling lab equipment and instruments, pipetting, performing dilutions, handling infectious samples etc.
· Operate and perform maintenance of Siemens manufactured AVIDIA Centaur
· Analyze data reports including master curve generation, lot uniformity, value assignment, and performance verification
· Use Siemens’ Test Data Management System (TDMS) to determine if product data passes internal and customer specifications
· Enter product data for Outside Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) into TDMS to create calibrator and master curve values for non-Siemens manufactured products
