Position Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Exercise Specialist to join our team and provide personal training services to clients 50 & above. The Exercise Specialist will be responsible for developing and delivering safe and effective exercise programs for the training clients, as well as providing high quality advice and support on health and fitness.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver safe and effective exercise programs for 50 clients that are tailored to their individual needs and preferences

• Monitor and review the progress of clients on a regular basis

• Provide advice and guidance to clients on health and fitness, and help them to make lifestyle changes

• Ensure that the clients receive an enjoyable and rewarding exercise experience

• Communicate with other staff members to ensure best practices are being followed

• Maintain a safe and hygienic working environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or related field

Certification through: NASM, ACSM, or ACE Preferred

• Minimum of two years of experience working with the 50 & over population

• Proven experience developing and delivering safe and effective exercise programs

• Knowledge and understanding of anatomy & biomechanics to better create exercise

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to motivate and inspire clients

• CPR and First Aid certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

License/Certification:

• Certified Personal Trainer (Required)
• CPR Certification (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Katy, TX 77450: Relocate before starting work (Required)
