Full-Time Heavy Equipment Operator

Our Heavy Equipment Operator is responsible for the safe operation and daily preventative maintenance of the assigned equipment (excavator, front-end loader).

ReSource Waste Services of Salem is a Construction & Demolition (C&D) waste processing facility where the equipment operators are required to assist in the unloading of inbound vehicles, stacking, storing and feeding of C&D material, and the loading of outbound vehicles with recycled materials and residual waste.

• Must possess knowledge of the operation of equipment and work in a fast pace environment.
• Must have the ability to exercise good judgment and be able to focus on detail as required by the job, as well as multitask.
• This position is a Monday- Saturday work week, year-round. Typical work week 45-55 hours. Applicants must be available to work any assigned shift.
• Minimum 2 yrs experience with Heavy Equipment Loader/Excavator.
• Mechanical background and Class A CDL a plus.

Starting pay is based on experience.
