Job Summary:
We are seeking a Field Technology Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to field staff, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and equipment.

Duties:
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software.
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Maintain IT infrastructure and ensure systems are up-to-date.
- Respond to service requests and incidents in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the IT team to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Document all support activities and solutions in the ticketing system.

Skills:
- Proficiency in IT infrastructure, computer hardware, and operating systems.
- Knowledge of Mac OS, ServiceNow, Jira, and computer networking.
- Strong customer service skills with experience in desktop support.
- Ability to provide technical support for various software and hardware issues.

Pay: $40,686.47 - $48,998.76 per year
