Plaid House Inc is Hiring a Clinical Director Near Morristown, NJ
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Director to oversee our three programs serving adolescents involved with the Department of Children and Families. The Director will be responsible for managing all aspects of the programs, including supervision, budgeting, and program development.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of staff members working with teenagers in three programs, two of which are residential.
- Responsible for the delivery of quality services to all clients and for ensuring that contract deliverables are met.
- Manage program spending to conform with established budget
- Oversee administrative tasks related to program operations
- Responsible for maintaining a safe and nuturing living environment for all residents
- Share in the provision of on call support for staff
Qualifications:
-Min. LSW, LCSW preferred
- At least three years of experience working with adolescents (inc. at least one year residential)
- Min. two years experience in supervising staff
- Familiarity with behavioral health practices and interventions
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
