Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to patients in their homes. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
Duties:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding, if necessary
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up
- Follow care plans and communicate any changes in the patient's condition to the supervising nurse
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred not required
- Ability to provide compassionate care to patients of all ages
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions from the supervising nurse
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules or patient needs
