Lead Sales Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Leads Sales Support staff with all day-to-day support operations.
• Onboarding new employees.
• Ensures compliance with legal standards.
• Provides day-to-day guidance and performance management.
• Leads department workflow, task assignment and delegations.
• Fosters positive team relationship.
• Provides high quality service to customers.
• Escalates red lights to leadership.
• Updates Scorecard and follows up on concerns.
• Auditing = inventory and workflow.
• Participates in continuous improvement and process excellence projects.
• Ensures exceptional customer experience.
• Approves timecards, time off request and leads teams scheduling.

Reporting Structure

The Sales Support Specialist position reports to the Director of Sales Support.
