PRINCIPAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Etex Exteriors is the division responsible for driving profitable growth as a leader in the fiber cement building materials. EQUITONE is a through-colored façade material designed by and for architects offering unparalleled design opportunities. The position of Lead Qualifier CRM Specialist will manage the customer relationship management (One CRM) Salesforce system and provides analysis and insights for the purpose to improve lead qualification and the performance of sales and marketing teams. Qualify leads, quantity and create lead reports and manage company data in One CRM and be responsible for facilitating leads to Inside and Outside sales team through all social and marketing channels.


MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the single point of contact for all inbound Marketing Lead Qualifying and Salesforce CRM related activities.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights, audits and deep dive on dashboards, reports and campaigns to effectively support the Sales, Management and Company objectives.
  • Making the CRM evolve by integrating and supporting new functionalities required for effective sales generation.
  • Driving the CRM roadmap and ensuring it is aligned with the global solution.
  • Qualify and distribute incoming leads from all channels to our sales team and distribution partner network.
  • Create daily, weekly and monthly lead reports and send to the Marketing Manager and Project Managers and manage data in the company’s CRM system.
  • Conduct digital research about architectural firms to validate incoming leads from demand generation efforts.
  • Collect, qualify and track all website inquiries and Product Data downloads, direct email and voice messages.
  • Reviewing quality of leads across marketing channels and provide input and research on campaign effectiveness in specific geographic regions as needed for projects such as lead service improvements, campaigns, etc.
  • Fill in for Marketing Assistant/Marketing Coordinator in the Sample Center as necessary.
  • Champion for building project data from the construction data source and incorporate those projects into OneCRM.
  • Provide related data source building project tracking ad-hoc analysis and insights, audits and deep dive on dashboards, reports and campaigns to effectively support the Sales, Management and Company objectives.
  • Other duties as assigned and needed to support the Equitone business.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s or Associate degree in business, Communications, preferably business analytics with a solid analytical and technical background.
  • 2 years of CRM Administration experience in specific CRM platforms, Salesforce.com, Microsoft 365, PowerBi, and familiarity with integrated tools such as Google Analytics and Hubspot.
  • Proven ability to administer and configure CRM systems, including custom objects, flows, validation rules, and permissions.
  • Familiarity with automating business processes, report and dashboard creation, and data analysis.
  • Experience in a manufacturing, architectural, building, or design knowledge is considered a plus.
  • Experience working directly with commercial, financial, and data teams.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical decision-making skills; the candidate will be tasked with researching and finding his/her own conclusions in some situations.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills when dealing with professionals as well as individuals from other cultures/countries.
  • An organized and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a productive way. Have a disciplined way of working and can adopt a very structured business model.
  • Must have patience, tenacity to nurture and follow up leads through the specification process through to the completed project.
  • Must have initiative, leadership abilities and the ability to acquire negotiation and sales skills; must have the ability to plan and organize work so each assignment proceeds in an orderly and expeditious manner.
  • Ability to acquire detailed knowledge of all products in the assigned product lines, their applications and the knowledge of competitive products and their pricing, including knowledge of industrial and commercial product engineering standards and practices.
  • Ability to meet people with confidence and reserve; be able to communicate effectively orally and written and feel comfortable working with customers and field sales personnel.
  • Proficiency with One CRM software.
  • Participate and represent EQUITONE at national and local events.
  • Ability to travel.

RELATIONSHIPS

  • Reports directly to Marketing Manager
  • Regular contact with Sales Managers, Marketing, and Inside Sales.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Individuals may need to sit or stand as needed. Requires walking primarily on a level surface for periods throughout the day with occasional climbing of stairs and ladders to access working areas. Reaching above shoulder heights or below the waist. Liftin 50 pounds or more. Proper lifting techniques required. Minimal travel may be required (US and International).
