Implement and review client care plans, open and supervise homecare cases. Communicate with the agency administrative team regarding clients health and the oversee of caregiver's, documenting medical updates and assessments, monitoring clients for symptoms. Implementing organizational skills to maintain a caseload of clients effectively, taking vital signs.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to $40,000.00 per year
