Residential/Supported Living Manager

Come work for a small "family oriented" company with a great reputation who cares about its employees and the individuals we support. People Making Progress and the participants homes are located in Tucker, GA. No driving all over town. PMP provides support services to 18 adults with developmental disabilities who actively live, work and volunteer in their community. You will not be assigned to work with individuals you do not know. THIS IS NOT A 9-5, DESK JOB. You will provide direct care as well as be responsible for home management, DSP supervision, oversight of documentation and billing, meeting with Support Coordinators and involved parents, and overall program planning. Your ideas will be sought out, considered and welcomed. You will not have a set schedule every week but some hours will be assigned. Program Managers take call on a rotating basis; must cover for for absent employees if coverage is not found and rotate working holidays. Employment expectations include: supervisory experience working with people with IDD in residential settings, hands-on IDD DSP experience, clear criminal background and drug test, valid drivers’ license and availability of a car. Extremely varied schedule and availability required.
