Dynamic construction contracting office is looking for a full time Job Cost Accountant capable of learning proprietary Job Costing systems and able to handle a large volume of work.
Duties include:
Input and coding of bills from vendors and subcontractors with attention to due dates
Matching purchase orders with incoming vendor invoices
Reconciliation of vendor statements
Preparation of weekly payable checks
Input of accounts receivable invoices
Preparing bank deposits
Back up to the receptionist
Filing
The successful candidate will have Quickbooks experience and be detail oriented. Construction accounting and Microsoft Office experience will be helpful.
