Potomac Law Group is Hiring an Immigration Paralegal (temp) Near Washington, DC

Potomac Law Group, PLLC has an opportunity for a corporate Senior Immigration Paralegal to work in a remote environment. The position is a full-time, temporary position (with possibility of becoming a permanent position). At least five years of experience working in a law firm environment is required. The immigration paralegal will prepare and file all USCIS forms and draft supporting legal letters for all types of visas/applications/petitions. Specifically, the Senior Immigration Paralegal is responsible for the preparation and filing of petitions, O-1A and H-1B visa petitions, PERM, I-140 and I-485 applications.
