OPERATIONS ANALYST
The Operations Analyst is responsible for analyzing, improving, and managing contract, procurement, and compliance requirements. They will develop, design, and create tools and processes that support digital records retention, contract analytics, and procurement tracking. This individual understands the business landscape, legal and compliance requirements, and anticipates how changes and trends will affect operations, policies, and legal obligations. After researching, and documenting key issues, the Operations Analyst presents findings and recommendations to process changes and tracks progress to conclusion. The Operations Analyst collaborates with internal and external stakeholders at all levels and will play a key role in supporting our organization.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities
  • Research, document, and implement standard operating procedures for legal documentation and procurement requirements, i.e., non-disclosure agreement and contracts.
  • Develop and maintain digital record retention and tracking requirements for legal and procurement-related requirements.
  • Coordinate business and legal review and of various engagement, procurement and compliance efforts.
  • Keep abreast of state-by-state privacy law requirements and ensure they are addressed within the business as required.
  • Maintain a consolidated list of business compliance requirements and ensure they are addressed within the business as required.
  • Ensure compliance with defined processes, including mandatory trainings, recordkeeping, and policy/process changes.
  • Lead and/or assist with projects and track the status of deliverables and action items.
  • Create and recommend detailed processes to support the organization.
  • Align activities with key business efforts, i.e., Operation’s Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
  • Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree equivalent work experience.
  • 3 years of experience with legal agreements, procurement, digital records retention, and compliance.
  • Conscientious, detail-oriented and well-organized with strong analytical skills, process orientation and technical aptitude.
  • Able to think in the present, anticipate potential impacts and proceed accordingly; can apply effective analysis and problem-solving skills to complex situations.
  • Proven to have a high degree of integrity and judgment in handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Experience driving improvement projects by effectively coordinating cross-functional working groups.
  • Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing interests.
  • Experience working across all levels, including C-level and leadership.
  • Technology savvy; skilled MS Office user with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and database tools, i.e. Monday.com, Asana, etc.
