Port Town Property Management is Hiring a Leasing Agent Near Astoria, OR
- Responsible for all leasing advertising & marketing activities, including creating ads, producing marketing reports, & tracking rental rates & trends.
- Follow up with Rental Inquiries.
- Process Rental Applications.
- Coordinate vacancy showings.
- Fully execute all leasing duties & responsibilities of Single, Multi-family homes & Commercial Space in its entirety; beginning to end procedures. From Move-In to Move-Out; From Move-Out to Move-In.
- Complete Move-In Procedures & w/Residents.
- Complete Move-Out Procedures & w/ Residents.
- Conduct Marketing Surveys
- Assist Tenants as needed with lease concerns, renewals &/or questions
- Maintain a valid driver’s license & insurance @ all times.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 21 – 30 per week
