Mobile Service Coordinator job duties include:

• Setting appointments for our mobile service van.
• Consistent review of dealer and manufacturer websites for mobile service leads
• Communicating with customers daily to ensure their complete satisfaction.
• Coordinating with the mobile service technician and service managers to ensure timely completion of service.
• Maintaining accurate records of service and repair work.
• Performing additional duties as they arise.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with computer skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
