- Originate new home loans in a call center environment.
- Convert incoming leads into customers and maintain long term relationships with borrowers.
- Rapid response to hot leads.
- Structure and price loan to serve the borrower providing a net tangible benefit.
- Analyze credit report, lock loans, request documents, set expectations and handoff to processing team.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- NMLS; licensing required.
- 1 year mortgage loan officer experience.
- CRM and home loan expert.
