**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Athletic Director to oversee all aspects of our athletic Summer Camp program . The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports, education, and student development.

**Duties:**

- Develop and implement comprehensive athletic programs in line with OTH's mission and values

- Ensure compliance with all OTH & State regulatory guidelines

- Oversee academic progress and eligibility of student-athletes

- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes sportsmanship and academic excellence

- Collaborate with other OTH departments to support student-athlete success

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Education Administration, or related field (not mandotory)

- Previous experience working with students in an educational or coaching capacity

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

- Passion for sports and a commitment to educating student-athletes

Job Type: Part-time
