One of the Kids is dedicated to helping families care for kids with autism — and enjoy the journey. Our kids receive one-on-one pediatric behavioral therapy (ABA, speech, and OT) at our award winning campus while enjoying a variety of developmental activities.

We are currently looking to add a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to our tight-knit team. This position is fully clinic based and subject to operating hours between 8:30AM and 5:00PM.

Qualification:

Ideal candidates have qualifications as an RBT, behavioral technician, mental health technician, ABA therapist, and/or experience working in special education, childcare, and early childhood education.

• High school diploma or equivalent required, associate or bachelors degree preferred

Compensation:

• Competitive compensation.

• $500 Sign-on bonus for RBT certified candidates.

• Potential $2,500 annual attendance and retention bonus (paid out quarterly).

- Flexible scheduling within operating hours (8:30AM - 5:00PM). Full-time eligible for benefits. Full time positions are guaranteed 30 hours per week. No same day schedule change regardless of client cancellations.
