On Line Design, Inc. is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales

On Line Design is currently seeking a Inside Sales candidate that can manage in house accounts and is looking to move to outside sales development job in the future. This role is located in the greater Cincinnati, OH area in Northern Kentucky. This role will require strong motivation, communication with outside sales reps and the ability to grow inside accounts. In this role, you will provide operational support to the overall sales team and maintain/grow existing customer relationships.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team by helping to prepare proposals, briefs, product maps, and presentations
  • Maintain up to date and accurate sales records in the company CRM tool
  • Generate reports and analytics to support the decision making process
  • Enter regulatory requests for the sales team
  • Collaborate with the sales team to help develop and implement sales strategies
  • Act as the primary point of contact for existing house customers and helping to resolve issues promptly
  • Regular follow up with customers to get feedback to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Troubleshoot and reduce repetitive and problematic issues through communication and process improvement
  • Build and grow positive relationships with both existing and prospective customers
  • Attend events, trade shows, and customer events
  • Act as the liaison between internal teams/departments and customers

Education/Experience:

  • BS/BA in Business, Marketing, or related field. Food science background is a plus
  • Proven experience in sales support or related roles
  • Knowledge of the flavor industry, including products, marketing trends and customer need is desired
  • Proficiency using CRM Software, Microsoft Office, and other Sale tools
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
