Olympic Pharmacy and Healthcare Services, a leader in medical supplies, equipment, and full-service pharmacy solutions, dedicated to enhancing patients’ well-being, is currently seeking an on-site CPAP Care Coordinator. This individual should demonstrate technical expertise with CPAP devices and possess the medical administrative competencies associated with respiratory care.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS must be met to be considered for this position:

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Driver’s license in good standing.
• 1-2 years’ home medical/respiratory device services or healthcare industry experience.
• Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles and ensuring effective communication.
• Efficient organizational abilities for records, schedules, and document management.
• Background in healthcare administrative duties.
• Prioritizes patient-centered care with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Proficient in English to comprehend, communicate, and execute job responsibilities effectively.
• Proficiency in relevant industry-specific tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Brightree, EHR systems, etc.).
• Ability to lift, maneuver, and carry up to 30 pounds and move lightweight equipment and supplies.
• If required, the ability to sit and operate a vehicle for tasks like supply pickups or deliveries.
• Adhere to Personal Protective Equipment requirements.
• Must live within a reasonable commute.

DAILY ACTIVITIES are subject to change based on departmental needs:

• Handle phone inquiries, verify insurance, and collaborate with clinical and department staff.
• Assist walk-in patients with equipment troubleshooting and general inquiries.
• Schedule patient appointments for setups, supply, and mask fittings.
• Educate patients on proper CPAP usage and compliance.
• Manage inventory, inspect, test, maintain CPAP equipment, conducting preventive maintenance.
• Setup, operate, troubleshoot, and instruct patients on CPAP devices.
• Retrieve equipment downloads for referral sources and patients.
• Provide timely follow-up and assistance to patients and caregivers.
• Non-clinical afterhours on call rotation - triage calls to Respiratory Therapist as needed.
• Support warehouse activities, including equipment cleaning and inventory tagging.
• Adapt to additional responsibilities as directed by the Respiratory Manager to support department operations.
