Job Type:

Commercial Cleaning MONDAY-FRIDAY DURING THE DAY

Part-time (possibly lead to Full time)

Salary:

$14.00 - $16.00 an hour, depending on experience

• W-2 employee (NO 1099) We pay taxes on you.
• Bonuses based on Facility Cleanliness

Job Qualifications:

• Able to communicate in English.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must have a Smartphone with data plan and GPS location.
• Must be detailed oriented, work at an efficient pace and follow instructions.
• Able to lift 35 lbs.
• Physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift; walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching.
• Education and work history that demonstrates work ethic and responsibility.
• Must have ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Must care about quality.
• Must be reliable.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Team member duties:

• Vacuum/sweep/mop floors.
• Empty all trash and take to dumpster.
• Dust, wipe and clean all surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and kitchens. Refill toilet paper, soap and towel dispensers as needed.
• Restock cleaning supplies at accounts.
• Manage supply levels in warehouse.
• Conduct all work in accordance with company procedures.
