Job Overview:
We are seeking a Medical Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a medical office settings and possess strong administrative skills.
Duties:
- Manage the front desk operations efficiently and professionally
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and greet patients
- Utilize EMR for patient management
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Oversee administrative tasks related to patient records and billing
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a medical office setting is preferred
- Proficiency in using phone systems and office software
- Knowledge of EMR/EHR or similar electronic medical record systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinic environment
Must be knowledgeable with patient interaction, scheduling, medical insurance, EHR, and HIPPA laws.
Must have at least 2 yrs. experience as Front Desk.
Must be able to pass a level 2 AHCA background check.
